At Laura and Lafella by Analin, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to help you with an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

• You must request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Only damaged or defective products are eligible.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Please email or WhatsApp us with clear photos of the damaged product and order details.

Non-returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
• Accessories and gift cards (if any) are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Refunds

• Refunds are provided only if a replacement product is unavailable.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
